Within our customer support department, the main focus is on
empowering our personnel with the authority to do "whatever it
takes" to fully satisfy our client's needs. If you have an
unusual delivery requirement or simply need to discuss an item
on your invoice, we are open daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm to
serve your needs. In addition, we have personnel on call 24
hours per day 7 days a week for pre arranged services.

with your enquiry. Whatever your requirements, whether it be
one small parcel or twenty consignments a day, PAN Logistics
is committed to providing you with nothing less than an
exceptional service throughout.
You won't get a call-waiting service or any sort of automated
system. You will speak to a human being who will be able to
update you of the status of your delivery or provide you with
any other information you need. Communications with all
drivers is maintained through the use of mobile phone. All
local loads are delivered either the same day or the next day
as scheduled.
